In the State of Ohio, the manager of a funeral home must have his/her name on the sign/title of the funeral home. Unlike some states where you can name a funeral home almost anything. Here in Ohio we like there to be a level of accountability. You can read the sign and know that at least one of the people on the sign work there. I took this pic at night by the way.
